Come & See
A Come & See weekend is for men who are discerning a call to the priesthood or consecrated brotherhood. This weekend is to help young men to encounter Christ on a deeper level and to open up one's ears to hear more distinctly the voice of the Good Shepherd and to help you discern whether or not God could be calling you to the priesthood or brotherhood especially within the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity (SOLT). A Come & See weekend also helps us to get to know you better and discern with you if SOLT is a good fit for you.
Over the weekend there will be a chance to see a day in the life of a SOLT brother in formation as well as partake in Adoration, Mass, Liturgy of the Hours, silent prayer, community meals, available confession, and optional one-on-ones with a SOLT priest. There will also be opportunities for fun and recreation. Is SOLT where God could be calling you? Come and See!
Please fill out a registration form if you are interested in visiting with us for a weekend. An application does not mean that an official invite will be automatically offered, but it does ensure that you will be considered. The application helps us know more about you as we discern with you where God may be calling you. You can pick any weekend listed below that works best with your schedule.
The cost of the Come & See weekends is only your travel to and from Detroit.

5:20pm Rosary followed by Dinner and dishes
8:15pm Compline, Liturgy Prep and Q & A with Brothers
7:15am Holy hour with Lauds, main church
8:30am Mass
9:00am Breakfast at Convent with larger SOLT community (Sisters and SOLT Missionary Volunteers included)
10am Liturgy Prep at Convent
11am Chores with the brothers
12pm Rosary and Daytime Prayer
12:30pm Lunch
2pm Meet together for talk about SOLT
3:30pm Recreation
5:00pm Vespers
5:30pm Dinner and Recreation
9pm-12am Adoration Vigil for Sunday - Office of Readings
Lauds on your own 10:00am Mass in Spanish 11:30am Brunch
12:30pm Visit to Solanus Casey center, Belle Isle, Sweetest Heart of Mary Church, etc.
6:00pm Vespers and dinner and Compline
Depart any time that is most convenient for you and your schedule.
