Thank you for taking the time to fill out this form for Letters of Suitability. As you know our men travel a lot and the amount of requests that come are not negligible. It is much easier for each person to look up pertinent information for themselves and their location, than it is for one man to look up this information for 25 different men, events, and locations. To help streamline this process, filling out this form will help me considerably and will help me process the letter of suitability that much more quickly.
