Thank you for your assistance in helping us assemble a team of SOLT Missionary Volunteers (SMVs) to serve our youth in Belcourt North Dakota on the Turtle Mountain Reservation at the SOLT St. Ann’s Summer Camp. The environment in which our Missionary Volunteers will find themselves is decidedly Catholic and the co-workers at the mission are dedicated to their apostolic work. The applicants will have demands on them through living in community, through exposure to a unique culture, and in the responsibilities of summer camp. Qualities of leadership, collaboration, a living spirituality, cooperation, communication, patience, perseverance, compassion, flexibility etc., are areas in which the applicants will need to flourish.
In light of that, from our references, we seek any pertinent information about the applicant to help us discern their acceptance into our SOLT Missionary Volunteer Program.
We appreciate you taking the time to answer these brief questions about your relationship with the applicant, and the degree to which he or she receives your recommendation. As you read and answer the following questions please take into consideration the applicant’s social integration, personal maturity, leadership abilities, and professionalism.
If you prefer to write a letter answering the questions below on behalf of the candidate please feel free to email your recommendation letter to [email protected].
